This annual Tournament has been held for over twenty years.  The winning club takes home the Lloyd Shea Trophy and gets to show it off in their clubhouse until the next Shea is held.  This year TLBC  hosted the event.  Next year Ladner LBC will host the event.  Both clubs were able to field a full slate of 8 teams.  The weather was perfect.  A great big thank you to Diane Samis, House Committee co-chair, and her hard working team, who took care of all of the players with coffee, cold drinks fruit and lovely homemade desserts.  Thank you to all of the volunteers who set up for the event and afterward cleaned up.

            TLBC had a great overall team effort.  Every Tsawwassen team won at least one of the three games they played and at the end of the day TLBC was awarded the Lloyd Shea Trophy.  TLBC won 15 games and tied one, Ladner LBC won 8 games and tied one.  As always, Ladner LBC’s members were great sports and great guests.  We always have a good time when we play with Ladner.
