TLBC hosted a full field of 16 mixed triples teams from around the Lower Mainland
TLBC fielded three teams and all did very well.
Novice and Colt-Sophomore Singles Championships Aug.15-26
The novice and colt/sophomore singles championship events proved to be very competitive. After two days of good bowling, Susan Mundick emerged as Novice (first year bowlers) Singles Champion, just ahead of second place finisher, Don Taylor.
In the Colt/Sophomore singles championship Kerryn Pointer emerged victorious, with Norm Sayfy coming second. Congratulations to the winners and to all those who competed.
And great thanks to our convenors, Jack and Gail Moores, Ralph Walker and Michele Harvey, and to all those members who acted as markers. The singles championships require a lot of work to be run successfully.
